Landi Accounting opened its doors over 25 years ago. Our team has expanded significantly since we started out but our people remain key to our continued success in the professional, yet friendly, family-like culture we are proud to nurture.
Our clients have no hesitation in contacting any of the team at a moment’s notice and we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and the trusted relationships we enjoy with our growing portfolio of clients.
Meet The Team
Bernard commenced in the profession over 45 years ago thanks to his mum who got him an interview with a local firm of Accountants at 16. His extensive experience includes over 30 years in private practice (Bournemouth/London/Waterlooville) and over 15 years being Finance Director/CFO of various large UK and international businesses. Landi Accounting opened its doors in 1996 and still has some clients who have used his services in excess of 40 years. Bernard is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and remains fully committed to ensuring clients receive the best possible service and advice. Bernard gets a massive sense of achievement when clients businesses grow and succeed. Bernard’s other passions include sport, especially watching his team Bournemouth and on the odd occasion he can be found on the racetrack at Goodwood with client guests.
Bernard Landi
Dan began his career working in media in London in 2006, eventually taking over as Finance Manager before joining the practice in 2009. Since then, he his managed a portfolio of clients based in and around London acting as Financial Controller to a number of companies, guiding them in all areas of finance and strategy. He has a keen eye for improving internal controls within an organisation and offering advice on forecasting and tax planning to both start-ups and growth businesses.
Dan is a big fan of both decent coffee and craft beer (although not always at the same time)
Daniel Landi
Sally is the longest serving member of the Landi team and her client knowledge is second to none. Sally is a qualified accountant having gained her ACCA membership in 2019 and has a vast amount of experience in managing the accounting and tax affairs of SME businesses and their directors. Sally looks after a number of our larger clients all of whom benefit from her wealth of knowledge, attention to detail and excellent customer service. Sally is a keen baker and loves spending time with her husband, daughters and family.
Sally Winterbottom
Beckie joined the team in 2020 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company, taking a meticulous and professional approach to her work. She is a key member of our bookkeeping team offering client support across all levels. Beckie loves spending time with her friends & family, especially her grandchildren.
Beckie Dover
Heidi leads our payroll department and is responsible for the delivery of client’s payroll records and assisting with HR related issues.
Heidi brings fantastic experience to the role having worked for medium sized businesses, controlling payroll’s of 1,000+ employees.
At the weekends, she loves nothing more than walking her dogs and a large glass of white wine.
Heidi Balloqui
Lizhi joined Landi Accounting in 2018 as an Accounts Assistant but has since passed her final ACCA exams and now manages her own portfolio of Landi clients. Lizhi looks after many of our subcontractor clients as well as a range of accounting and VAT clients. In her spare time Lizhi enjoys cycling and a game of badminton.
Lizhi Huang
Matt joined in 2020 and acts as our in-house Xero on-boarding and training expert. Matt also brings a lot of accounting and bookkeeping experience to the team and often involves himself with clients face to face, offering guidance and support in both day to day finance and managerial aspects of accounting. Matt is a keen football fan and earned his FA coaching badges. He can be seen on the side line of his two boy’s football matches at the weekend, shouting word of encouragement and much needed tactical feedback.
Matt Flaherty
Tracey is the office manager at Landi Accounting and the first person you will meet when you come to our office. Tracey takes care of all our admin and compliance needs as well as looking after credit control for the practice and many of our client’s company secretarial duties. Tracey is also Bernard’s PA and the gatekeeper to the Landi phone system – beware telesales! Tracey loves nothing more than walking Milly the dog and spending time with her family in her spare time.
Tracey Sawford
Lee is an AAT qualified accountant who specialises in supporting small businesses. With a keen understanding of the unique challenges these enterprises face, Lee excels in providing tailored financial advice and services. His approachable demeanour and exceptional communication skills make him a favourite among clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported every step of the way. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow, Lee is dedicated to helping your business thrive.
Lee Thomas
George is our enthusiastic trainee accountant who plays a vital role in supporting our senior team across all client engagements. In addition to his accounting responsibilities, George also helps manage our practice’s outward communications. His bright personality and strong work ethic make him an invaluable asset to our team. With his dedication and potential, George has a promising future ahead in the field of accountancy.
